About Us
The Illinois Fire Sprinkler Council is an organization dedicated to educating the public about the life-saving benefits of fire sprinklers, promoting progressive legislation/ordinances, educating code officials and governmental policy makers of proven success by fire sprinklers to save both lives & property, and advocate for the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of these critical life-safety systems be performed by professional contractors employing the safest, most productive, drug-free, and highly trained men and women of Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 281 U.A.
